Working with Danton and Mark yesterday (7.22.10) was a pleasant experience for
me. We had several email interactions before I came in. I had done research
online regarding the quality of cars and fair pricing. My wife and I were
treated kindly and, we believe, received a very fair deal on our new Corolla
lease. Both Danton and Mark were friendly and personable, explained every step
of the process, asked if I had any questions as we went through each step (my
first time leasing), and more than once asked if I needed anything to drink.
When the banking portion of the process took a little longer than expected, they
apologized. Mark oriented me and my wife to the car, and explained clearly how
the maintenance service worked. Both Danton and Mark invited me to call or email
at any time I or my wife had a question about the car. I would highly recommend
Danton and Mark to anyone I know looking for a new or used car.

Dealer Rater Review:
My wife and I had received an email from one of the sales personnel and decided
to check into getting a new vehicle based on better gas mileage. We were able to
trade in our Subaru Tribeca and found that we would be able to save money on gas
expense, starting the first week of driving the New Toyota Corolla. We were able
to work through some financing issues and get a great loan rate and over all
purchase price on the new car that beat any used car market value from other
dealerships. The staff and experience was both helpful and prompt as the process
took several hours to complete, due to our financing a new vehicle. I think our
long wait was due to our having to build our new credit score over the past year
with our Subaru and the dealership helped us with information during the process
of this new car purchase.

I believe that real customer service is something that is becoming harder to
find every day. All dealerships treat you well, until you've made your purchase
and are out the door. Lancaster does so much more. Service after the sale is
every bit as good as the service before the sale. Staff is top notch, deals are
very competitive, and the service is second to none! I've purchased several
vehicles over the last ten years. Each has been at a different dealership. The
reason is simple. I hadn't had a real good buying experience, until now.
Lancaster Toyota will be my dealership of choice for all future purchases.

I would highly recommend Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion in Madison. I have
purchased my last 4 vehicles from this dealer. The last 2 were purchased through
Shawn Stittleburg. Shawn is very friendly, respectful & knowledgeable. Shawn
was very patient with me over the past 6 months while I looked for the right
vehicle. I told Shawn what I thought I was looking for and vehicles that I
thought I liked and he contacted me when he had new vehicles that met the
description of what I was looking for. One of the other great things about Shawn
is that he has touched base with me every 6 months since I first purchased a
vehicle from him - just to see how things were going and to make sure I was

Mike was extremely helpful and informative from introductions to delivery. He
showed me how the car worked but didn't pressure. He listened to what I wanted
and showed me the best auto for my needs. I drove two cars and he explained
both. Matt was very informative on the financials. I had several options to
choose from and wasn't pressured to pick the most expensive. Gene was very
accommodating when setting up a service for my remote start and extra
protections I added. He even gave me his cell phone number so I would be able to
get in touch with him easily. I was very apprehensive coming to a new car
company. I had Saturns for the last 15 years and didn't like giving them up. Jon
Lancaster Toyota changed my mind. I'm very pleased.

I originally started dealing with Jon Lancaster Toyota almost a month ago. From
the get go we dealt with Trevor. We were in Hawaii at the time, stationed there,
and dealing with a four hour time difference. I let him know we were military
PCS-ing to the area and in search of a Toyota Venza... I had very specific
requests on which one I wanted as well, from options to colors. They beat any
other prices I could find within a two hour radius of where we were moving,
greater Chicagoland included, by far. Not only that, they held the exact car I
wanted for THREE WEEKS for me, without a deposit, until we got into the area. We
drove up today and finalized the deal and picked up our Venza. Not only was our
Venza exactly as promised, so was the price, and they were actually able to beat
our personal banks rate by .29%, which no dealership has ever been able to do
for us before. I really can't say enough positive things about the dealership,
I've never encountered one with such great people to deal with and so much
integrity. Trevor and the finance manager, John, were awesome. We love our car,
we love the price we got it for, we LOVE our rate, and we're blown away by the
customer service we were shown... from half a world away, until we got here to
pick it up. It's really nice, esp when your military and have so much going on
with such a huge move, to find a place that will genuinely work with you and get
you what you want.

I am a repeat customer (and fan) of Jon Lancaster Toyota due to their excellent
customer service and high quality vehicles. Recently I needed to quickly replace
a Camry which had been totaled in an accident. I am extremely pleased with the
vehicle purchased, as well as, with the processes of selection and financing. I
never felt rushed by the sales and finance staff. Curt Carney (sales consultant)
was extremely approachable, informative and helpful. He even went the extra mile
in finding an affordable vehicle in my preferred color. And his thorough
demonstration of new features on my 2012 Camry SE was very useful. Chad Ohly
(finance manager) made the selection of protection plans and finance options
relatively easy. He was also extremely approachable and provided clear and concise explanations of the various plans and options. Thank you Curt and Chad!
