I've been very impressed with their proactive alerts to issues that need to be addressed. On my most recent visit, I was made aware of an issue that they fixed on the spot - just in time while the needed repair was still under warranty.

    Dealer Rater Review:
    This was our first service for our new Camry Hybrid. I was able to come in without an appointment. Service was fast, courteous, and thorough. And we love our Camry Hybrid - performed great on a recent trip of over 5000 miles. Mileage was great, ride was comfortable, navigation system was a godsend! Performance of the hybrid was much better than I anticipated.

    Dealer Rater Review:
    The reason for my visit was for service on our Toyota Prius. We purchased new tires, had oil changed and the Prius detailed because there was tar on the bottom of the vehicle from driving over road construction in our neighborhood. While I was waiting, I inquired about a used van as a second vehicle in our price range. We were shown a 2001 Sienna in very good condition at a fair price. We are very happy with our purchase and service.
